“Global Border” extends the US-Mexico border across the world. The border between Mexico and the United States constitutes the most powerful migration flow between Latin America and the United States. When extended, this new “political equator” links other territories of conflict like the Strait of Gibraltar, known for the migration of North Africans to Europe, and the Israeli-Palestinian border, which physically and emblematically divides the Middle East.
