The second annual encuentro offered a space for the contiuation of the Hemispheric Institute's on-going discourse on performance and activism. The different manifestations of this on-going conversation directly correlated to the diverse backgrounds and interests of the encuentro's participants. Using the virtual theater of the web, Ricardo Domingo presented his project "Hactivismo Zapatista", while Grupo de Arte Callejero chose the public streets of Monterrey to carry out their action.
