Miguel Vizcaino served in the first Gulf War and copes daily with post-traumatic stress disorder.    His wife, Maria, is a member of the 140 th Quartermasters, 77th RRC, Fort Totten, New York, who just returned from Iraq.   She left for a year-long deployment when their daughter was only three months old. Maria's tour of duty was, of course emotionally, but also financially stressful on the family because she was neither receiving pay from her civilian job nor available to stay home with their baby (and so while they took a pay cut they also added expenses for childcare).   When asked his opinion of the current conflict in Iraq, Mr. Vizcaino says,   "Honestly?   I don't think it was necessary.   The first war we had 94 casualties, this one we have 600.   Is it really worth it?   I don't think so.   We have people in higher power that are ready to send in our troops but they don't really consider the families.   It's rough."
