Las fiestas del Día de Muertos se visten de cempasúchil, moradillas y aterciopeladas flores, por nombrar a las más comunes, que ayudan a dar colorido y vida como contraparte a la idea fúnebre de la muerte. Las flores se conjugan visualmente con otras formas propias del altar u ofrenda.
